Waters Bewilders Hitmen in 3-0 Shutout Friday, July 3rd , 2065 Teddy Waters pitched a strong game at Mel Blanc Memorial Stadium today, blanking the Chicago Hitmen 3-0. Waters allowed no runs on 6 hits, totaled 7 strikeouts and gave up no walks. Rochester manager Matt LaDuke said he could tell immediately it was going to be a good game for Waters. "Right from the start, you could see how economical he was," LaDuke said. "He threw a lot of strikes." This season Waters has compiled a 7-7 mark, 3.10 ERA and made 17 starts.
