Mueller Garners UL #1 Pitcher Award Friday, May 1st , 2065 Last month's cream of the crop on the mound was Palmer Mueller of the Bristol Owls. He captured the Union League Pitcher of the Month award for his outstanding performance in April. Mueller started 5 games, threw 39 innings, yielded 31 hits and logged a 3-1 record. He put down 23 batters on strikes, walked 11 and compiled a 1.62 ERA. Opposing teams batted .217 against him. |
