Syndicate League Names Rookie of Month Tuesday, July 1st, 2053 Youngster Billy Hatfield emerged as the latest Syndicate League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Hawaii deserved the honor, batting .295 with 6 home runs and 16 RBI. Is the month of June a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Hatfield enjoy the limelight. Thus far this season Hatfield is hitting .257 with 19 home runs, 41 RBIs and 40 runs scored. He has 64 hits in 249 at-bats and has played in 73 games. |
