In a superb outing at Victors Field, the Clippers pitcher whitewashed the Ann Arbor Wolverines 11-0. "I just had a feeling it was going to be my day," Perez said in the clubhouse afterward. "My control was awesome. I could throw my fastball even when I was behind in the count." The Calgary starter held Ann Arbor scoreless, giving up 5 hits while registering 6 strikeouts and issuing 3 walks.
