Moran Records Shutout Against Admirals Friday, June 5th , 2065 Fans at Deschutes Field witnessed the Bend Bandits blank the St. Petersburg Admirals, 2-0 behind a superb effort by starter Ken Moran. The Bend left-hander allowed 5 hits in recording the shutout. "Ken was good today but I don't want to focus too much on a single game," Bend manager Ted Williams said later. "If you're capable of playing at this level, you're capable of having a good game. The real question is if you can learn from that game and repeat it."
