Gamble Fires Shutout in AC Kansas City Victory Friday, June 5th , 2065 It wasn't easy but Charles Gamble made it look that way. Gamble silenced the New York Enforcers, 8-0, in a AC Kansas City triumph at Enforcers Field today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Gamble said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 5 walks and 4 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else." In 13 starts this year Gamble has crafted a 4-8 record and a 4.95 ERA.
