Miller Leads River City to 7-0 Win Over Indianapolis Friday, May 29th , 2065 Allen Miller kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the River City Rascals were all smiles after winning 7-0 against the Indianapolis Rams at Battlefield Park today. The right-handed Miller gave up no runs in his start, permitted 4 hits and had 4 strikeouts. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Miller said later. "My catcher called a great game, guys delivered at the plate and when I messed something up the guys behind me were where they needed to be." On the season Miller has compiled a 5-1 mark with a 2.26 ERA in 9 starts. In pitching 71.2 innings he has 48 strikeouts and 20 walks while limiting the opposition to a .222 batting average.
