In a low-scoring affair between the Las Vegas Hustlers and the River City Rascals, pitcher Masanobu Kamimura was the difference between victory and defeat. The Las Vegas right-hander earned accolades in the 3-2 Hustlers win. Earning his 2nd save for Las Vegas was Gerardo Salazar. The win puts Las Vegas at 4-3.

Las Vegas used the clutch hitting of Jeremy Taylor to capture the win. The third baseman drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Hustlers ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

Taylor told a Las Vegas Today reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
