Michael Oglethorpe left his imprint on the 9-6 Texas win against the Indianapolis Rams. Oglethorpe, who finished 3rd in the SL in slugging percentage with .569 in 2060, went 2 for 4 with a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. The winner was Texas reliever Christian Salinas, now 2-0. The loser was Ken Williams. The win gives Texas a record of 15-7.

Texas took the lead in the bottom of the fifth on a big hit from Nishida Kazudu. On a 1-1 fastball from Arthur Howard, Kazudu hit a 3-run home run. That made it 8-5, Roadrunners. For the day, Kazudu went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once.
