Joshua Preuss helped his team muscle past the Las Vegas Hustlers, 5-4. In the game, the St. Petersburg first baseman went 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. St. Petersburg pitcher Bill MacGruder got the win. He's now 4-0. Justin Wright was tagged with the loss. Las Vegas drops to 11-8.

St. Petersburg used the clutch hitting of Jamie Law to snag the win. The shortstop drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Admirals ahead, 5-3. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Law.
