The Miami Sharks went down to defeat to Harry Sutton and his Ann Arbor teammates. The final score was 3-2 in favor of the Wolverines. Getting the save was Gunther Bailey, his 1st. Miami falls to 7-7.

Runs were few and far between in this one. So, Heath Robinson's at-bat with two out in the top of the ninth was crucial. The Ann Arbor second baseman hit a run-scoring single, to give his team a 3-2 lead.

"There's a lot of passion in our clubhouse," said Sutton. "When we put it together we're a great ball club."
